Design-a-Bookmark Competition 2024

Congratulations to all the winners of the Fraser Coast Libraries 2024 Design-a-Bookmark Competition!

The beautifully designed bookmarks have now been printed and will be available for free at all five library branches within the next few days.

The winners were acknowledged for their amazing efforts and received a $50 gift card at a special ceremony at Gatakers Artspace yesterday.

We had an incredible 257 entries this year, up from 183 last year! The competition provided a fantastic opportunity for our community to get creative and see their artwork published as a bookmark.

The winners were:

• 6 years and under – Mika De La Roche
• 7 to 11 years - Henrietta Elliott
• 12 to 17 years – Taelah Rowe
• 18 to 59 years – Katie Bell
• 60+ years – Carmel Davey
• People’s Choice Award - Mia Lera
