Nikenbah and Dundowran Structure Plan – Project Update (9 October 2025)
Fraser Coast Regional Council is continuing to plan for the future of Nikenbah and Dundowran through land use and infrastructure planning. Feedback received throughout August and September 2025 has helped shape the Working Draft Structure Plan.

- Opportunities to provide feedback on the Working Draft Structure Plan for the Nikenbah and Dundowran Investigation Area are planned for late-November to mid-December 2025.

- Register to attend one of the interactive workshops on 27 November 2025 via the ‘Events Registration’ section of this page. You’re invited to register for the workshop that best aligns with your interests, but here’s what to expect at each workshop:
- Brief project update and presentation: we’ll share key findings so far.
- Collaborative roundtable workshop: you’ll have the chance to:
- Share your insights and ideas
- Explore the thinking behind the draft plan
- Test and provide feedback on the draft plan
- Identify areas of agreement or concern
- Suggest improvements and innovative options
- Contribute directly to refining the draft plan
- Participate in a hands-on session with printed plans, where you can add comments and ideas.
