Nikenbah and Dundowran Working Draft Structure Plan

November 2025 Update

Fraser Coast Regional Council is inviting you, our community to help shape a Draft Structure Plan for Nikenbah and Dundowran.

The Working Draft Structure Plan will guide how these areas could evolve— shaping where new homes, parks, roads, shops, and community facilities could go, while protecting the natural character and lifestyle that make the Fraser Coast unique.

Over the coming decades, these areas could accommodate around 20,000 new homes and over 50,000 people.
